A web-based platform for retail home improvement stores and manufacturers, the Partners Portal gives installed sales manufacturers and retailers the ability to distribute and manage orders for installed sales among their trading partner networks.

The new functionality of the Communications Center allows Cilio customers to better control their network and configure the Partners Portal to their individual needs. Features include:

  •     Forums – Allow communication with partners on specific subject matter and provide improved communication between partners
  •     My Messages – Internal function for sharing news and sending private messages with employees, as well as posting marketing and technical updates to internal teams
  •     Document Manager – Unlimited document storage enabling quick and secure access to sensitive documents for both internal and external documents – helpful for geographically diverse organizations and a great tool to organize documents received via fax.
  •     Personalized Dashboard – Routes information specific to you and your organization, including customized homepage and link to internal and external communities


By taking full advantage of all the features the Cilio Partners Portal offers, trading partners can access real-time visibility and insight into orders and the sales channel.

The new features are in addition to the Cilio Partners Portal, which provides customers access to the entire trading partner network from the retail floor as installed sales orders (such as counter tops, flooring, windows and cabinets) make their way through the complex trading partner network of dealers, manufacturers, fabricators and installers.
